These Terms govern use of the Aurora Women wholesale website and orders placed through it. By ordering you confirm you are buying for business/resale where required by your local rules.

Quotes & orders

Prices, MOQ, and lead times on a proforma invoice (PI) supersede website list prices. Orders are accepted when payment terms on the PI are met.

Product information

Photos and descriptions are as accurate as practical; fabric lots and dye batches may show minor variation. Measurements follow the size chart on each product unless a custom spec is agreed.

Shipping & risk

Risk transfers according to the Incoterm stated on the PI (often EXW or FOB for wholesale). Buyer handles import clearance unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

Returns follow the Refunds & returns policy. Customized goods are non-returnable except for verified defects.

Limitation

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods, excluding indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
