MOQ depends on style and whether you need custom fabric, color, or labels. Many open-line styles accept mixed-style cartons; custom dye lots and OEM usually require higher MOQ. Contact us via the Contact page with target styles and quantities for a quote.

Shipping is estimated by destination and weight. You can review options on our Shipping page. Final freight is confirmed after packing; excess prepaid freight is refunded.

Notify us within 7 days of delivery for unused goods with tags. See Refunds & returns for packing and claim steps. Custom and clearance items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Yes. Check the Size guide page for general measurement tips, and use the size chart on each product when available. For bulk orders we recommend sampling key sizes before full production.

Once your shipment is dispatched we send the carrier and tracking number. You can also use Online order tracking if you have the reference from your confirmation email.
